laisa, another Rhaeto-Romanic word, means «furrow». Because both the zai ski models in this collection are ideal for cutting wonderful curves in off-piste powder snow. But they also grip firmly on the hard-packed layer underneath, or back on he piste. So the zai laisa is truly an all-rounder ski.

 

The reasons for this are simple. Thanks to their high-tech materials combination and feather-light weight, force transmisson on the edges is amazingly direct - despite the ski width. And their unique harnony of grippy agility on icy snow with smooth gliding in deep powder is thanks to mininal waisting and negative camber.

 

Only the highest-quality materials are used in zai skis. The cedarwood core, for example, is specially made to zai specifications. And for even more precise edge changing and grip, the zai tila and laisa now have phenol side walls.
